Everything you need to start a Mahjong club—or bring Zung Jung Mahjong to an existing one.
Based on the Zung Jung Movement’s Club-in-a-Box guide, the Club-in-a-Box Bundle is designed for organizers, teachers, community leaders, game stores, libraries, cultural organizations, and Mahjong enthusiasts who want to build a local Mahjong community or introduce Zung Jung Mahjong to an established club.
Drawing on the experience of founding and growing the San Diego Mahjong Club from a single table into one of the largest Mahjong communities in the United States, this bundle provides the educational materials, teaching resources, and organizational guidance needed to launch a successful club or transition an existing community to Zung Jung Mahjong.

Why Club-in-a-Box?
Many people want to build a Mahjong community but don’t know where to start. Others already have a Mahjong club and are looking for a structured way to introduce Zung Jung Mahjong to their players.
Club-in-a-Box was created to lower both barriers. Instead of spending months figuring out how to recruit players, teach beginners, organize events, structure a club, or transition players to a new variant, you can learn from the experience of an organization that has already done it.
Whether your goal is a casual weekly game night, a city-wide Mahjong community, the adoption of Zung Jung Mahjong at your existing club, or the foundation of a future tournament scene, Club-in-a-Box provides the tools to help you get started.
Build a table. Build a club. Build a community.
